Most listings booked within 2–3 days of request. Same-week and next-day availability often possible — call or text to confirm.
What's the turnaround time?
Standard delivery is the next business day, with a 48-hour guarantee. Most tours are live within 24 hours of the shoot.
Do I need to be there?
No. As a licensed Washington real estate agent with my own Supra eKey, I can access lockbox listings independently. You'll get a confirmation when I arrive and when I leave.
What if my listing is over 5,000 sq ft?
Call or text me at 253-625-6550 with the address — I'll quote it the same day. Larger estates typically run $0.10/sq ft.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
